| Customer Reviews: The only book you need April 27, 2009 Tina (California, USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
If you go to Guadalajara, this is the only travel book you need. It provides everything: sightseeing, history details, city maps, daily trips suggestions, places to eat, hotels to stay, and a lot more. Highly recommended!
Making sense of a huge foreign metropolis May 18, 2008 Stephanie H. Raffel (Sandia Park, NM USA) 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
Having lived in Guadalajara for four years 35 years ago I knew that the city had grown substantially and I would need a guide book to get around. This book is very complete and up to date, much better than I had expected. I especially like the "Getaways" section that suggests day trips all around the region.

My husband and I used this book on our recent trip to Guadalajara. It was well worth the money as it was full of great information on things to do and see in Guadalajara and Lake Chapala as well.
